June 2-20 or June 30-July 18. $175. The “Sport Skills and Fitness School” is designed to provide boys and girls with the opportunity to develop sports skills and a good cardiovascular fitness level. Experiences will be provided in a conductive to personalized and individualized instructional environment with expert leadership and supervision. The curriculum will consist of a planned program of physical activity including tumbling, aquatics, soccer, speed ball, archery, tennis, racquetball, and physical fitness. 8:00am - 12:00pm. Monday through Friday. June 9-July 3. $200. This program is designed to educate children on the importance of being physically active and eating nutritious foods at an early age. The intent is to help children understand that there is a direct connection of weight control and management to their health over the lifespan. Children will engage in positive and fun based learning experiences that will help them expand their knowledge base in weight control and management in order to decrease their changes of getting some of the childhood diseases that are directly connected to being overweight.
