June 7-July 11. The KU Math and Science Center Summer Institute is designed to simulate the college experience by having students take academic courses in math, science, foreign language, literature and composition while residing in a residence hall on the KU campus. To qualify, students must apply for admissions and be a potential first-generation college student and/or meet the low-income guidelines defined by the U.S. Department of Education.

Campers will participate in a range of engaging activities from across the sciences both in the museum and at outdoor campus locations.
